After placing your order for pickup or delivery the first time, expect a call from us as to the pertinent details regarding your purchase. Each Tuesday you will be emailed a menu of items to choose. Your selection is required no later than Thursday. If no response is received, we will choose your meals for you based on your previous weeks order history. The remaining weeks, your card will be charged every Friday with respect to your selected meal plan.
You can pick up your order on Monday or delivery is available on Saturday or Monday to your home or office. (Don't forget about your coolers/ice)!! You may also Pick up your meals on Monday at our store location.
Respond to your menu with the option to HOLD and we will make a note and reach out to you the following week. Any accounts on hold for a consecutive four weeks will be removed from the subscription service and applicable termination fees applied.
After signing up for the first time online, it is anticipated that you will continue with this service on a regular weekly basis and commit to at least 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of continued service, we will assume you are still interested and we will continue to charge your card on file while providing meals. Should you wish to cancel the service at anytime after the first 4 weeks, please email us no later than the Thursday prior. An early termination fee of $50 will apply should you cancel the service anytime prior to that 4th week.
